We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stonemason to join our dedicated team and contribute to the production and installation of high-end stone products.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum

Location: Smithfield, NSW 2165
Main Duties:
· Cut, shape, polish, and install natural and engineered stone (marble, granite, quartz) for benchtops, façades, and decorative features using both hand tools and advanced machinery.
· Interpret plans and templates to measure, mark, and prepare stone with precision, ensuring accurate alignment and a high-quality finish.
· Prepare and level installation surfaces, mix and apply mortars or adhesives, and set stone pieces with attention to detail and structural integrity.
· Repair, restore, and maintain existing stonework while adhering to safety standards and using proper handling and lifting techniques.
· Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to deliver projects efficiently, maintain equipment, and record daily progress in company systems.
· Adhere to workplace safety standards and always company quality procedures.
Skills & Qualifications required:
· Minimum of certificate III or higher qualification in related field.
· Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Stonemason or stone tiler, or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in using stonemasonry tools, machines, and polishing equipment.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise finishes.
· Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy materials safely.
· A valid NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
· Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
