Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer service focused Administration 2IC to join our team at Harvey Norman Maroochydore. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Purchasing processes and general retail operations
* Liaising with customers to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
2. Highly organised and possess great time management skills
3. Able to work under pressure and assist coaching, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team
4. Assist administration manager in tasks including: Creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books and monthly reporting
