What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage all catering operations across the facility
* Plan nutritious, culturally sensitive menus in consultation with residents, dietitians, RNs, and leadership
* Supervise and mentor catering staff, ensuring high performance and a positive team culture
* Oversee the implementation and review of theFood Safety Programand ensure accreditation compliance
* Maintain stock control, supplier relationships, and budget alignment
* Prepare and cook meals to meet individual dietary needs, including texture-modified diets
* Handle feedback and ensure resident satisfaction with meals and service
What You Bring
* Trade Cook Certificate or equivalent
* Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Strong experience in hospitality, ideally in volume food preparation
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
* Experience in residential aged care or healthcare settings
* A heart for working with older people and delivering service with empathy

Salary range:$70,000 – $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation).
