As we continue to expand our multi office network, we are looking for experienced sales agents ready to take their results, structure and career to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is an environment built for agents who already know how to sell but want to sell more, operate better and grow faster.

You will step into a business where:

* Established systems and structure, designed to evolve and improve through innovation
* You're backed by in house marketing and admin support, allowing you to focus on listing, selling and growing your pipeline
* You have the autonomy to run your own desk without being micromanaged

We are also in the early stages of expanding into commercial sales, and welcome conversations with experienced commercial agents who want to help build that division.

The Role

* Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and community engagement
* Conduct appraisals and present confidently to vendors
* Win listings and manage the full sales process end to end
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Work toward and exceed sales targets with team support behind you

I've had the pleasure of working in the Real Estate industry since 2003 and have had the opportunity to be involved in many different facets of the industry. I currently specialise in residential property, development site sales, project marketing, and leading our award-winning sales division. I am extremely proud to lead a dedicated team who are always striving to grow and improve despite their experience, accomplishments, or industry awards they have achieved.

Over the years, I have been recognised by the industry for achieving multiple State and National Awards for always pushing the boundaries to assist in changing the Real Estate landscape. Knowing that this is an industry that I have been a part of for so long and will be a part of for many years to come, I have made a commitment to myself to do my part to improve the quality of agents; not only within our team, but throughout our core area by taking a transparent approach, completely committing, offering clear and precise communication, incorporating innovative systems, professionalism, and points of difference.
