We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Global Technical Support team.
* Provide technical application support to users, answering complex questions on software use for civil engineering projects.
* Assist in resolving complex problems and issues with technical support engineers.
* Develop and maintain a close working relationship with Product Management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical support and guidance to users, resolving software-related issues.

Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
* Civil Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
