We're working with a leading national Managed Services Provider to find a skilled Network Support Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and enjoys working across modern networking and security technologies.
The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting, designing, and optimising secure, scalable network environments across both on‐prem and cloud platforms. You'll also act as an escalation point for junior engineers while working closely with customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing Level 2/3 support across network and security environments
* Acting as an escalation point for Service Desk engineers
* Designing and supporting enterprise networking across multiple vendors
* Managing routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and SD-WAN
* Supporting firewalls and SASE platforms
* Working across Azure networking and hybrid environments
* Contributing to cloud and network transformation projects
* Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years' experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
* Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, VPNs)
* Hands‐on experience with enterprise networking & security vendors such as:
* Experience with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
