About the role
We are looking for Farm Hands to join our teams in current vacancies on our Griffith, Narrandera, Rankin Springs, Goolgowi & Hanwood Farms. You will be working alongside managers with day-to-day work on the poultry farms. With the scope to progress into future management roles. Duties will include but not limited to:
•Working as part of an effective and efficient team, including following direction from farm manager and assistant farm manager
•Working with livestock daily and making sure bird health and wellbeing is excellent.
•Daily shed routine checks, record keeping, grounds maintenance
•Completing minor repairs, reporting repairs to be made.
•Making sure company policies and biosecurity measures are followed at all times.

About You
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
•Previous experience with Poultry Farming is not essential but would be highly regarded.
•A proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach to farm management.
•High regard for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, promoting a positive WHS culture.
•Physical fitness to perform farm duties, supported by a pre-employment functional assessment (including drug and alcohol testing).
•The right to work in Australia.
