Capital Markets Transaction Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Markets Transaction Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our capital markets transactions team, you will contribute to Stockland's strategic objectives by analysing and executing complex financial transactions.

About the Role
* Undertake comprehensive analysis of portfolio performance, valuation and modelling of prospective mergers, acquisitions, capital partnerships and divestments.
* Assist with the preparation of high-quality presentations and board papers, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate due diligence processes, engaging with internal and external advisors to ensure seamless execution.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY INTERNAL CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE POSITIVE BUSINESS OUTCOMES.
* Implement stakeholder relationship management initiatives as agreed, promoting a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
* Evaluate CR&S and HS&E implications in all capital transaction opportunities, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* A university degree with a strong quantitative component, preferably in finance or real estate.
* Relevant experience in finance or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* Advanced analytical, modelling and numerical skills, with expertise in Excel and other relevant tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
