About the Role
The Asset Management branch leads strategic asset planning, fleet management, and asset information services across Council.
As an Asset Management Business Analyst, you'll:
* Analyse business systems and processes to support asset management practices
* Conduct problem investigation and analysis, gap analysis, and document user stories
* Design and test solutions for asset systems and integrations
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops and training sessions
* Ensure compliance with ISO 55000 Asset Management Standards
* Support business case development and continuous improvement
* Monitor and report on team priorities and performance
* Prepare communication plans and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
About you
As a skilled asset management business analyst, you will:
* Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in business analysis
* Understand asset management systems and ISO 55000 standards
* Be confident in stakeholder engagement and change management
* Demonstrate strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
* Be proficient in Microsoft 365 and process mapping tools
* Hold a current "C" Class Driver's Licence
