About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between
our customers and the workshop. You'll coordinate service bookings, prepare
quotes and invoices, keep customers updated on progress, and make sure every
vehicle or machine leaves in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage
customer bookings and service schedules
* Check
vehicles in and out and provide progress updates
* Prepare
quotes, invoices, and repair orders
* Support the
service team with coordination and communication
* Handle phone
and email enquiries promptly and professionally
* General
administration duties
What You'll
Bring:
* Strong
customer service experience – ideally in a fast-paced environment
* Great
communication and relationship-building skills
* Solid
computer skills and confidence learning new systems
* Excellent
attention to detail and time management
* A positive,
team-focused attitude
* A valid
driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
