We are seeking Qualified Refrigeration Tech's/ HVAC's looking to join the DeltaFM team on a Full-Time basis. Permanent Ongoing works available. You'll be joining a small, established maintenance team at either our Telfer or Port Haven site, FIFO from Perth or DIDO for local applicants. The positions are available with immediate start.
$122,400 Per Year + Allowances + Super
THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.
THE PERSON
Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
Current CPR + LVR (or willing to obtain), Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
