Key Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide best-fit support to individuals with complex physical & intellectual disabilities in a supportive living environment.
* Assist participants with personal activities including hygiene, manual handling equipment, medication assistance, domestic assistance, and meals.
* Help participants engage in community, social, and recreational activities, following specific positive behaviour support plans (PBSP).
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with complex disabilities and hold relevant qualifications such as Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Australian Driver's License - South Australian class C
* First Aid Certificate
* CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Manual handling Training
* Medication Training Face to Face training
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Working with Children Check
This is a casual position with consistent hours & routine rosters. We offer a dedicated Service Delivery Practice Excellence team providing supervision, coaching, and guidance to our staff.
