Job Description
As part of our Technology Services, this role provides technical support to customers within the country or site. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying hardware and software to end users, facilitating the provisioning and deprovisioning processing, and resolving incidents associated with firm-standard end user software and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate and support the deployment of hardware and software to end users, including installation, configuration, and testing.
* Perform multiple technology support activities in a fast-paced environment.
* Resolve incidents escalated from the service desk or offered by end users on walk-up issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. A bachelor's degree/industry-relevant certificate or equivalent work experience is also desirable.
