We are seeking a Centre Administrator to join our Townsville Shopping Centre. This role is responsible for supporting the centre's general administration functions, including reception and customer service.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, paired with a warm and professional customer service approach.

About the role
Provide general administrative support for the Centre and the broader team, including preparing correspondence, reports, memos and documentation.
Manage customer and tenant enquiries via phone, email and in person, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Maintain positive working relationships with retailers, contractors, customers, community groups and local authorities.
Perform accounts administration duties, including accounts payable/receivable, debtor management and supplier payment support.
Allocate daily banking transactions accurately and reconcile tenant accounts to ensure correctness.
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain centre registers, complete data entry tasks, manage stationery inventory and support lease administration and marketing activities as required.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reconciliations and communications.
About you
Experience in shopping centre administration, property administration, or a comparable role.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
Confident communication skills including verbal, written, and customer‑facing.
Experience with accounts administration (AP/AR) and general office systems (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office).
Ability to interpret contractor information and lease documents.
Professional, reliable, and solutions‑focused, with strong problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively with operations, facilities, and contractors.
Experience using MRI or similar property management software is advantageous.
Based at our Townsville Shopping Centre, this is a full-time role with office hours between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
