About the Role
The Clerical Officer provides secretarial and administrative support to the Superintendent and Senior Management Group, assisting in the efficient operation of Bunbury Regional Prison.
Key Responsibilities:
* Switchboard Operator: Answering phone calls and directing visitors
* Administration Clerical Officer: Providing administrative assistance and document management
* Cashier: Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
* Visit Bookings Clerk: Managing visit bookings and coordinating prisoner visits
* Rosters Clerk: Coordinating staff rosters and scheduling
* Clerical Officer Pre-Release Unit (PRU): Assisting with the administration of the pre-release unit
* Security Infrastructure and Emergency Management (ASSIEM) Clerk: Maintaining security systems and emergency procedures
Requirements:
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector, applicants must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
