Job Description
We are seeking an experienced operational leader to join our campus operations team as the Deputy Head of Campus - Head of Operations. This is a key role in supporting the vision and purpose of our school, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of campus life.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Head of Campus to lead the Campus Operations Team, inspiring a sense of purpose and direction through strategic planning and implementation. They will champion strategic system thinking, streamlining operations by aligning integrated processes, enhancing cross-campus collaboration, and maximising resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Campus Operations Team to achieve strategic objectives
* Develop and implement effective systems and processes to drive innovation and excellence
* Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and manage multiple priorities
* Foster a positive and inclusive culture that supports staff and student well-being
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or valid WWCC
* Experience as a teacher desirable but not essential, or experience and understanding within an educational environment preferred
* Leadership skills and experience in managing a team
* High-level planning, organisation and decision-making skills
* A responsive and relationship-focused approach to leadership
