Your Responsibilities:
1. You will be supporting CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.
2. You will provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.
3. You will maintain the relationship with senior level stakeholders in the region & Country.
4. You will manage associations groups engagement in the Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.

7. You should manage associations groups engagement in the region.
8. You must establish, if required a cadence of regional Digital networks of segment stakeholders.
9. You should manage Region / Country digital growth strategy (including Digital country growth plans).
10. You must assure Digital competency & relevant actions i.e., staffing, onboarding etc.
11. You will be part of local inputs to value propositions.
12. You will handle Region Digital domain competence and support.
13. You will be part of region business development in future Digital growth categories.
14. You will maintain Digital Pipeline (5Q) and Order growth. OR KPIs associated with achieving growth strategy.
15. You should have Win strategic opportunities.
16. You will maintain Digital Market / Business development KPIs (penetration into new segments)
17. Digital Value propositions propagated in the region & country.
18. You should have Local market intelligence; competitor moves in Digital.
19. You should enable regional voice of customer engagements, digital insights.
20. Living core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background:
21. Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to adapt communication style to audience and drive stakeholder engagement.
22. 8 years + experience in business development or related field of expertise.
23. High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and drive to find solutions to complex issues.
24. Successful completion of undergrad studies in an engineering related discipline.
