Responsibilities
* Work closely with senior agents to learn prospecting, listings and sales processes
* Build strong relationships within the local community to support business growth
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appraisal, listing, negotiation and sales journey
* Engage in lead generation, prospecting, follow‑up calls and new business development
* Manage buyer and seller enquiries and support property appraisals
* Assist in property viewings, OFIs and marketing activities
* Support the contract, negotiation and settlement processes
* Contribute to local area marketing and promotional initiatives
* Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients and the team

* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice Victoria (formerly Agents Representative Certificate)
