Ray White CRE is looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Collingwood team.
As our Sales Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring smooth property transactions and providing essential support to our sales team. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive approach will help keep everything running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Support:
* Prepare authority forms and other sales-related documents with accuracy.
* Manage bookings with stylists, floorplanners, photographers, videographers etc.
* Manage property listings, advertising schedules, and marketing materials.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, franchise guidelines, and company policies.
* Assist with settlement processes by liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and other professionals.
Client & Team Coordination:
* Communicate with vendors, buyers, solicitors, conveyancers, valuers, building inspectors and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
* Support the team by coordinating open homes, auctions, and private inspections.
* Provide general administrative assistance, including diary management and correspondence.
* Undertake any additional tasks as required by management to support the business and ensure smooth operations`
Database & Reporting:
* Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and listing information.
* Track and report sales progress, listing performance, and other key business metrics.
* Keep detailed records of appraisals, contracts, and sales documentation.
