About the role
* Providing technical expertise to a broad range of stakeholders including Project, Production and Maintenance teams in both planned and breakdown environments
* Support the ongoing asset integrity program at the operation through remediation plan development and identification of improvement initiatives
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures and standards with respect to structural equipment
* Identifying opportunities for technical improvements and the use of new technology to support the delivery of capital projects
* Controlling and maintaining the blueprint (e.g. standards, specifications, procedures and drawings)
* Reviewing and approving structural engineering requests to support our Management of Change process
* Providing technical advice to safety incident and root cause analysis investigations
* Assisting with the development of budget and capital planning
* Coordinates during closure of projects with final as-built design documentation and closeout in SPO.

What Skill Set Do I Require?
* Bachelor Degree in Civil | Structural Engineering
* 7—10 years reliability engineering experience on-site with a mining producer
* Project experience in Bridges | Culverts | Roads | Inspections
* MUST HAVE asset management experience + exemplary communication & stakeholder engagement skills
