As part of the Compliance division of Macquarie's Risk Management Group, the ConductRisk team assists Macquarie businesses to determine the soundness, and enable the alignment, of both employee and firm conduct to drive good risk outcomes throughout Macquarie Group Limited. As a Conduct Risk Senior Analyst, you will support administering the Macquarie-wide Conduct Risk Framework.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team by assisting business stakeholders with the application of Macquarie's Conduct Risk Management Framework, including reviewing and challenging behavioural root causes when risk incidents or issues arise. You will analyse data to provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders and management, helping to inform decision‑making and risk mitigation strategies.
Additionally, you will actively support projects and initiatives designed to strengthen Macquarie's conduct risk management practices. Your responsibilities will also include drafting communications for key stakeholder groups, developing and administering training programmes, and carrying out control activities to bolster conduct risk assurance across the organisation.
What you offer
* Experience in risk management operations or within financial services
* Exposure to risk management, controls, and compliance
* Proven ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desired.
