Key Responsibilities:
* Lead mechanical improvement projects and shutdown planning
* Manage asset performance, conduct root cause analysis
* Collaborating with operations and maintenance teams for continuous improvements
* Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and safety protocols
Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering degree, CPEng Preferred.
* Experience in engineering support for Materials Handling Equipment
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of asset management systems, condition monitoring, and material handling equipment
* Certifications in safety, maintenance, or project management
