The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of airport staff to ensure smooth airport operations, expediting departures, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing airport staff to ensure efficient ramp handling and on-time flight closure
* Providing support to the Airport Services Manager during flight disruptions and other challenging situations
* Coordinating with airport staff to plan and allocate resources effectively
* Leading and developing a high-performing team, promoting a positive work environment, and encouraging continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Relevant college or university qualification
* Minimum 4 years of experience in airport operations or a related field at a supervisory level
* Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and knowledge of relevant regulations
* Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of customer service
