Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and global quality management systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement and enhance quality standards. Be the go-to expert for technical risk assessments, incident investigations, and change management. Contribute to key forums: audits, operational meetings, quality reviews, and site management reviews. Oversee incident and near-miss management, CAPAs, and consumer complaint resolutions. Manage the hold and release process effectively.
About You
A degree in food science/technology or a related field is required. Relevant experience in R&D, quality, or food safety is essential, ideally with exposure to audits or quality management systems. Strong collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate teams at all levels. A continuous improvement mindset is crucial, with a curiosity to explore new ways to improve processes.
