A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as the Site Coordinator, reporting to the Region Area Manager, where you will join the Field Operations team who form part of the broader Field Services business unit.
A bit about your role
The Field Services group within nbn undertakes Network and Service field tasks across all technologies both inside plant, outside plant up to and including customer premises. It does this work through a mix of internal (IWF) and external (SDP) workforces.
As the Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and logístical support to the Field Operations team. This entails managing calibration, repairs, and replacement of test equipment on behalf of the team to ensure all staff remain productive in the field. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain operational aspects of Technical Spares within the nbn depots, which are in both metro and regional Victoria.
Your role will also see you ordering, tracking, and assigning materials to facilitate efficiency for the field teams, as well as ordering and maintaining PPE & HSE equipment for the VIC Field Operations team.
A bit about you
This is an important role for us Your strong time management, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills will see you succeed in this role, along with your 'can-do' and tenacious attitude with a focus on consistently producing high quality work.
Ideally, you will have administration experience within logistics or warehousing and be familiar with telecommunications Supply Chain Operations & Products.
