What does a Pharmacy Assistant do?
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a vital role in delivering a welcoming experience and helping people with their health and wellness needs. Duties include:
* Assisting customers with product advice and purchases
* Processing sales and handling transactions
* Maintaining store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels
* Supporting dispensary staff when required
* Working collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding service
What we're looking for?
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members who can demonstrate:
* Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
* Reliability and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
* A willingness to learn about pharmacy products and health solutions
* Previous retail or pharmacy experience is highly regarded but not essential – training will be provided
