Aruva Modular is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help grow demand for our standard modular accommodation solutions across regional and rural Australia.

The Role

Your mission is simple:

* Build qualified pipeline
* Start meaningful conversations
* Book structured Discovery Meetings
* Maintain strong CRM discipline

You will:

* Conduct consistent outbound outreach
* Re-engage warm and dormant leads
* Identify real accommodation needs
* Qualify prospects properly
* Secure high-quality Discovery Meetings
* Keep HubSpot accurate and organised

This is an activity-led role with clear expectations and measurable outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

* 75 initiated contacts per week
* 25 structured follow-up conversations
* 9 Discovery Meetings booked per week
* Consistent, qualified pipeline flow

We define performance clearly and support improvement.

Who You Are

You are:

* Confident and clear on the phone
* Energetic and competitive
* Process-driven and organised
* Comfortable working to defined KPIs
* Resilient with objections
* Coachable and growth-minded

Experience in outbound sales, real estate, recruitment or appointment setting is valuable — but discipline and attitude matter most.

You understand that strong pipeline drives factory output — and factory output drives business success.
