Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct structural analysis, planning, and design of buildings, bridges, and roads.
- Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, environmental policies, and zoning laws.
- Manage teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor site activities, resolve construction issues, and conduct quality checks.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or other design software for planning.
- Prepare project reports, budgets, and material estimations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering or related fields.
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory): PMP, AutoCAD / Revit Certification, LEED (Sustainable Construction), OSHA (Workplace Safety), Chartered Engineer (CEng) or PE License.
- Required Skills: Structural Engineering & Design (RCC, Steel, Bridges, Highways, Commercial Buildings).
- Construction Project Management, Scheduling, Budgeting, Vendor Coordination.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, Primavera, SAP2000, MS Project.
- Quality & Safety Compliance (ISO, OSHA, LEED).
- Sapience in Surveying & Site Management, Land Development, Soil Mechanics, Geotechnical Analysis.
- Strong Communication & Team Collaboration; ability to work with contractors, clients & authorities.
