What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Supervisor, you will:
* Coordinate and schedule Service Technicians' work assignments based on skills and knowledge.
* Supervise and manage technician performance, training, and development.
* Review and approve repair work orders for accuracy and timely invoicing.
* Communicate with customers regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners.
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Previous supervisory or management experience (preferred).
* Strong customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems (e.g., CDK).
* Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Technical knowledge of John Deere and Vermeer products (preferred).
* High school or technical school education and the right to work in Australia.
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow.
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results.
