Responsibilities
You'll work alongside a busy close knit team, motivated and inspiring the kitchen to provide quality and consistency of service and food. The venue is a busy and vibrant venue that serves bistro style food plus full menu. This creative role provides the opportunity to expand and inspire the team and clientele.
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years' experience, and possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and can produce consistent quality with a positive can‑do attitude.
* Own traditional uniform and knives
* Experience in quality a la carte dining
* High attention to detail
* Will assist with menu planning and suggestions
