Lilin & Co – Pakenham is looking for a confident opening barista / all-rounder to join our team!
We’re after someone who loves coffee, can handle a fast-paced morning rush, and is reliable for early starts.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong barista experience (essential)
* Confident opening the café from 6:30am
* Able to work independently on the machine
* Fast, calm, and consistent under pressure
* Friendly team player
* Available weekdays + weekends
