The Opportunity
Working within the firm's
Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team
, you'll manage a varied portfolio of commercial litigation matters and work closely with the wide team and senior lawyers within the business.
You'll have the chance to appear across multiple jurisdictions, develop client relationships, and work closely with SME clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent clients in a range of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
* Appear in Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts for hearings, mediations, and applications.
* Provide tailored, commercial legal advice to business clients.
* Oversee and mentor junior lawyers when required.
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
* Manage your caseload effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.
Essential:
* 2–5+ years' PAE in Litigation / Dispute Resolution.
* Strong drafting, advocacy, and client management skills.
* Experience working with small to medium enterprises (SMEs).
* A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused attitude.
Desirable:
* Prior experience mentoring junior lawyers.
* Exposure to client development or business growth initiatives.
