As a meticulous professional with exceptional organizational skills, you will be the pivotal link between our customers and our operational processes. In this role, you will ensure a seamless and accurate order fulfillment journey.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage Sales Orders: Ensure customer delivery requirements are accurate and appropriate for the delivery site.
* Customer Communication: Keep our customers informed with timely updates on supply confirmation and import status.
* Logistics Coordination: Update sales orders with dispatch and delivery dates based on inbound shipment ETAs and changes.
* Payment Processing: Process payments for order balances, deliveries, and storage charges in a timely manner.
* Operational Adherence: Comply with all policies and procedures outlined in our Operational Service Agreement.
Key Qualifications:
We require someone with strong technical capabilities and excellent time management skills. Ideally, you'll have experience in logistics management, coordination, or administration.
