Job Summary
This is a challenging field-based role located in Newcastle, NSW. As a Regional Sales Director, you will drive sales and distribution across a defined regional territory, strengthen customer relationships, and bring our portfolio to life at shelf.
Main Responsibilities
* Maximise product distribution, visibility, and shelf positioning in-store.
* Execute new product launches and promotional activities according to plan.
* Build and maintain relationships with key store managers and stakeholders.
* Conduct regular territory planning and store call cycles using CRM software.
* Identify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities using data and insights.
* Maintain compliance with national product standards.
* Monitor competitor activity and share insights with internal teams.
* Ensure accurate capture of all store visit information and sales data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience in sales, merchandising, or account management (FMCG preferred).
* Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence outcomes.
* Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills.
