As a key player in our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering a unique guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless daily restaurant floor and bar operations for maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards, venue presentation, and product quality at all times.
* Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in customer service, venue presentation, and food & beverage quality to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, with accurate documentation maintained at all times.
* Assist with the recruitment, training, evaluation, and performance management of front-of-house staff.
