Requirements
* Customer service experience
* Enthusiastic with high energy
* Strong communication skills both in French and English
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* A positive attitude
* Computer and software proficiency
* Previous service advisor experience would be an asset
Responsibilities
* Greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed
* Explain the type and cost of services offered
* Act as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians
* Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
