**About the Client**
- Friendly and easy-going family run business that are experts in their field
- Work for an independent settlement agency based in the Northern suburbs - A company known for the high quality of service that they provide to all clients
- Great staff retention - work for a fun and dynamic office

**About the Role**
- Up to $60,000 + Super
- Monday to Friday 8.30AM start
- Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
- Be the face and voice of the business - Filter all calls through to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting walk-ins and clients
- Ensuring office supplies are well stocked
- General reception duties & support with administration tasks

**Skills & Experience**
- **Open to an experienced receptionist**:

- Corporate presentation & confident demeanour
- Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
- Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
- 8x8 knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
- Desire to progress of interest
- Clear & competent verbal and written communication skills
