1. Tracking Project Financials: You'll assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses. This might involve recording costs, analysing financial data, and identifying any variances from the plan.
2. Preparing Invoicing and Payments: You could be responsible for creating invoices for project deliverables and ensuring timely payments from clients. You might also process payments to vendors and subcontractors.
3. Financial Reporting: You'll likely help with preparing financial statements specific to assigned projects. This could involve tasks like compiling data, creating reports, and ensuring their accuracy.
4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling project bank statements is another key responsibility. This ensures the accuracy of the project's financial records by matching bank records with internal accounting data.
