* Manage and provide support to the project team to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, standards, and procedures.
* Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Produce discipline-specific deliverables meeting all requirements.
* Oversee project drafting deliverables ensuring quality, schedule, and integrity requirements are met.
* Ensure effective communication regarding changes and updates to workflows and guidelines within the E&I team.
* Review and provide feedback on vendor drawings and interdisciplinary design data.
Key Requirements
* 12+ years experience as an Electrical Designer.
* Electrical and instrumentation design experience in industrial plants, refineries, or infrastructure in mining/minerals processing or oil and gas industries.
* Previous experience leading a team and managing resource allocation.
* Understanding of statutory and industry regulations and HSE practices.
* Knowledge and practical application of design theories, principles, and practices.
* The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a multi-discipline team environment.
* Keen eye for detail and systematic approach to producing deliverables.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
