Base salary will be in the range $104,616.68 – $113,920.12 + 17% super (HEW Level 7)
Responsibilities
* Deliver asset investment scenario modelling and advanced analytics to support strategic and tactical decision-making across whole-of-life horizons
* Produce high-quality data and reporting to inform financial planning, forward forecasting and estate condition and risk insights
* Verify, maintain and improve asset data integrity across UQ platforms, including asset registers and condition data in line with agreed frameworks
* Administer and champion asset management systems such as Brightly and Archibus, including configuration, user support and development of reporting and modelling capabilities
* Support the development, documentation and continuous improvement of asset management processes, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to embed and implement these across the organisation
Qualifications
* A degree in a relevant discipline such as information systems, engineering or business, with at least four years' relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
* Demonstrated experience managing organisational data and information, including validating accuracy, testing integrity and resolving inconsistencies
* Familiarity with asset condition frameworks and lifecycle cost modelling
* Proven experience administering asset management systems or enterprise information platforms of organisational importance
* Hands‐on experience with asset management, geospatial or information systems such as Brightly, Archibus or GIS, including configuration and user support
* Strong reporting and analytical capability to support planning, forecasting and decision-making
* Working knowledge of asset lifecycle principles and data governance practices, including ISO 55000 concepts
