* Remote/Hybrid/In-Office – Open to hybrid
* Position - Property Manager
* When - ASAP
* Duties – Portfolio management of 130 with trust accounting - due to growth they will be hiring an Assistant Property Manager soon also
* Software/s - PropertyMe
* Days/Hours - Mon – Fri – 9am – 5pm - open to flex days/hours
* Parking - Plenty of free residential street parking
* Company Car – Yes for use during business hours
* Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
The Ideal Candidate:
* All candidates with experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager will be considered
* Full Trust Accounting experience with PropertyMe or another major CRM is essential
* Excellent communication skills; kindness, empathy and the ability to actively listen are key traits that this agency seeks in their property management team
* Excellent time management and legislation knowledge
* Professionally presented, reliable and with a personable nature and ability to work well within a team
* Must have QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License; applicants without this certification unfortunately cannot be considered
