Key Sales Leadership Opportunity
As a key member of our organization, you will lead a team of technical sales specialists to partner with customers across Life Science Mass Spectrometry & Inorganic Mass Spectrometry portfolios.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic direction for the region, driving strategies to meet plan and expand business.
* Drive commercial effectiveness across the team, ensuring they build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
* Foster customer relationships and deliver on the wider value proposition.
* Research competitor and industry activity, introducing new products and services.
* Develop product and marketing strategy to drive strong business performance.
* Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files vital for proper management of the region.
* Build, develop and mentor an impactful team.
* Represent the organization at all times throughout customer locations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
* 5 years of complex instrumentation solutions sales experience.
* 5 years in people management role.
* LSMS & HPLC experience.
