Job Type & Details
* Full‑time permanent role with a Tier 1 contractor
* Long‑term, high‑profile mega infrastructure project
* Leadership of a 50+ team across the project
* Both relocation and FIFO options available
Responsibilities
* Leadership of the quality function and department on a mega infrastructure project
* Creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement
* Preparing and monitoring the project quality objectives, KPIs, and related programs including status of quality NCRs, reworks, and defects
* Working with the Client's Representative on quality issues in accordance with the requirements of the deed and liaising on all quality matters
* Ensuring stakeholder communication is clearly carried out, full engagement in management reporting, team and time management, and effective management of issues and non‑conformances
About You
* Degree qualified in engineering, ideally civil
* 10+ years experience working on major infrastructure or energy projects in a quality leadership role
* Proven experience as Quality Manager in a Tier 1/principal contractor and managing projects of $500m+
* Understanding of inspection processes and inspection record management
* Experience managing large multi‑disciplined teams
