Job Description
Dr7 Physiotherapy and Podiatry is seeking a Physiotherapy/Podiatry Receptionist to join our friendly team. We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic receptionist who can provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening hours. They will be able to cover sick and holiday periods, working between 6:45am - 7pm in shifts of 6-8 hours.
We require a candidate with experience as a medical receptionist and familiarity with the PPMP program. Working Holiday visas will not be considered; you are required to be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
* Manage the phones and take bookings
* Take payment and rebate on the HICAPS machine
* Scan documents
* Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area
* Data entry and other general duties as required
* Assist physiotherapists/podiatrists if required
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent phone manner, the ability to build rapport with patients, high level of customer service, and the ability to take charge in an autonomous environment.
They will also have knowledge of PPMP, demonstrate initiative, and understanding of third-party billing NDIS, W/C, MVA & Insurance.
