Your new role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of key hospital accounts across Queensland, driving growth and engagement within this key region. In this pivotal role, you'll educate clinicians on the clinical advantages of a market-leading product portfolio, partner with hospital stakeholders to deliver improved patient outcomes, and leverage your strong key account management skills to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities into tangible revenue growth.

Deliver exceptional customer engagement that result in impressive commercial outcomes
Uncover & develop new business opportunities; expanding market share & strengthening brand awareness
Build & nurture relationships with stakeholders at every level, cementing yourself as a trusted business partner
Collaborate cross-functionally with the varied internal teams
Monitor market trends & competitor activity, ensuring a deep understanding of the marketplace
Lead education & training initiatives during product trials & implementations

Proven local Healthcare sales experience
Clinical background adv.
Proven account management skills
Understanding of Hospital sales processes & cycles
Proven ability to develop relationships with account stakeholders at varied levels
