Some teams operate out of Uralla and routinely travel across vast rural catchments. The service is increasingly embracing virtual care to ensure equitable access for all communities.About The RoleYou will support these teams by ensuring clinical caseloads remain manageable and troubleshooting complex patient cases as they arise. Operational duties include overseeing recruitment, rostering, conducting audits, and participating in monthly accountability and financial meetings. A typical week balances clinical support with strategic oversight—working closely with team leads to resolve issues, optimize service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across all community health streams.About YouYou thrive under pressure and have a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing. Excellent communication skills are essential—you’ll need to build rapport, offer mentorship, and liaise effectively with each service stream. You’re adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities, and committed to ensuring every team member can grow in their role.
