Some teams operate out of Uralla and routinely travel across vast rural catchments. The service is increasingly embracing virtual care to ensure equitable access for all communities.About The RoleYou will support these teams by ensuring clinical caseloads remain manageable and troubleshooting complex patient cases as they arise. Operational duties include overseeing recruitment, rostering, conducting audits, and participating in monthly accountability and financial meetings. A typical week balances clinical support with strategic oversight—working closely with team leads to resolve issues, optimize service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across all community health streams.About YouYou thrive under pressure and have a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing.
