Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

This role involves providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions. You will work autonomously, with the support of a strong team of driven healthcare professionals, to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
* You will be responsible for case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals.
* You will also have the opportunity to engage with our pain education Re-thinking Recovery program, which uses virtual reality and modern pain science to help individuals understand pain and re-train their brain and body.
In this dynamic role, you will enjoy the flexibility to manage your own day, while being part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team who are knowledgeable, collaborative, supportive & fun.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy, as well as full professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA. Strong communication skills, excellent time management skills, and a desire to problem solve with confidence and initiative are essential requirements.
