We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the successful planning and execution of an office relocation project. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and ensure the relocation aligns with operational goals and employee experience.
Responsibilities
* Experience with office relocation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the relocation.
* Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify risks and dependencies.
* Map current and future state processes to support transition planning.
* Support vendor selection and management for relocation services.
* Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation including business cases, process flows, and change impact assessments.
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and feedback.
* Track and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
* Support change management and communication activities.
