Key Responsibilities:
* Functional assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans
* Post-falls reviews to prevent future incidents and promote safe mobility
* Rehabilitation and short-term restorative care to enhance client well-being
* Small-group exercise classes and wellness programs to promote physical activity and mental health
* Care plan design and exercise prescription to meet individual client needs
* Manual handling education sessions to ensure safe client handling practices
