We create products that inspire strength, resilience, and peak performance.With over 70,000 followers across various platforms and a growing community, we’re looking for a passionate In-House Social Media Manager/ Specalist & Content Creator to join our team and help us scale our digital presence even further.Job Description:As the In-House Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Hercules Supplements’ online presence across all social platforms, focusing on both increasing our following and deepening engagement with our existing community.You will manage and create content that resonates with our audience, builds brand loyalty, and drives growth.Your role will be key to growing our social media following and boosting engagement across all platforms.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management & Growth:Oversee and manage Hercules Supplements' social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), with a focus on growing our 70,000+ followers base.Develop, lead and execute targeted strategies with the team for increasing follower count, engagement, and brand visibility.Create and schedule posts that maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic, while optimising for engagement.Implement growth tactics, including paid social strategies, influencer partnerships, collaborations, and community-building initiatives.2. Content Creation:Design and produce engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) that showcases products, events, and brand culture in a way that drives growth.Write compelling captions, blog posts, and product descriptions to increase social interaction and sharing.Plan and execute creative campaigns such as product launches, influencer collaborations, giveaways, fitness challenges, etc., to attract new followers and retain existing ones.3.
